Step 3: Make an order decision / contract
After confirming the quotation from us, you will be asked to make a purchase decision.
We will create a contract at the TTS rate on the day of the scheduled payment from the customer, so please sign and seal and deposit the amount settled in the local currency as the minimum deposit amount. (In the meantime, we will adjust the schedule for purchasing and remittance overseas)
Those who use an auto loan or a car loan at a bank often take a considerable amount of time for examination and document procedures, so unless the vehicle we propose is ordered from a local factory, the latest local Since it will be an instant delivery stock car (new car, used car, vintage car), there is a risk that the target vehicle will be sold out depending on the period until purchase. Therefore, we recommend that you perform a preliminary examination at the time of Step 1 as much as possible.
Step 4: Local remittance / purchase / land transportation arrangements
After confirming payment from the customer or financial institution, we will send the money to the site.
After the purchase of the car is completed, we will carry out on-site document procedures and land transportation arrangements.
The delivery date will vary greatly depending on the stock area of the car and the contract period, so we will inform you of the approximate time at that time.
Step 5: Car confirmation / export procedure
We will check the car that arrived with the local staff.
Those who have requested on-site custom work such as external parts and custom leather seat replacement will be done at this point.
If there is no problem with your car, we will arrange customs procedures for export and reservations for international transportation. At this point, it is possible to change from regular surface mail to air mail if requested by the customer. Airmail charges will be charged separately.
Step 5: Car loading / international transportation
Load your car directly on a car carrier or in a container for a container vessel. Those who choose airmail at this time will be loaded on the plane as international air cargo.
In the case of surface mail, there is a time lag of 2 to 5 days from loading to departure, so the transportation period will be about 15 to 20 days after loading from the west coast of the United States (may be delayed depending on the weather). In Europe, it takes around 45 to 60 days. It will take about 2 to 5 days (including release) for airmail.
Step 6: Import customs clearance procedure / vehicle pick-up
The car you ordered will finally arrive in Japan and we will carry out import customs clearance procedures.
After completing the customs clearance procedure, we will remark the vehicle, check the equipment, etc. at the bonded warehouse and pick it up.
At this stage, the customer will prepare the seal certificate, power of attorney, and garage certificate .
If you are a cash customer and only pay for local remittance, please pay the balance at this stage.
Step 7: Improvement of each conformity test / preliminary inspection
Depending on the date of manufacture of the vehicle and the type of vehicle, the acceleration running noise test and automobile exhaust gas test specified by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and for vehicles weighing 3.5 tons or more, measures and improvements such as braking force test are taken and tested. receive. Vehicles with the same type of test report can pass the test here with report share.
After completing the above test, we will improve the conformity before the preliminary inspection to comply with the Japanese Road Traffic Law.

Step 8: Final inspection / finishing / registration
A preliminary inspection will be conducted by the Land Transport Bureau and a preliminary inspection certificate will be issued.
As a final inspection, we will inspect the operation of each part and oils and fats.
We will wash and clean your car.
Those who request custom work in Japan such as external parts, navigation, audio system, etc. will do it at this stage.
We will make a new registration at the Land Transport Bureau.

Step 9: Deliver the car to the customer
