Warranty exemptions from our warranty system:

5: When regular replacement parts and oils and fats are not replaced as specified.
6: In general, use in places where automobiles do not drive or in special usage conditions, and overuse in races, rallies, trials, etc.
7: If you are making modifications that are not approved by the law or our company. (Changes in vehicle height, changes in lights, engine tuning, changes in tire and wheel specifications)
8: When perforated damage due to corrosion is caused by external influences on the body and floor assembly parts.
(Accident or stone splash damage, industrial waste and environmental factors)
9: Custom: Quality, deterioration, wear, durability of products used for modification / refurbishment / mounting, etc. requested by the customer other than the manufacturer's recommended options, or equipment options that have already been modified / refurbished / mounted, etc. , When there is a problem in use.
10: Vehicles that we cannot judge to be appropriate due to custom or excessive custom vehicles other than our company.
11: When it is determined by our company that the cause of the defect is repair, installation, modification, refurbishment, etc. made by other than our company before the defect occurred, or when it is determined that non-genuine parts were used for the repair ..

(2) The following problems

1: Problems caused by external factors such as soot, chemicals, sap, salt damage, metal powder, and bird droppings.
2: Defects due to sensory phenomena that are recognized as having no functional effect. (Vibration, sound, oil bleeding, etc.)
3: Defects caused by wear and changes over time. (Natural fading deterioration of painted surfaces, plated surfaces, etc.)
4: Defects due to wear of consumable parts and oils and fats.
5: Problems caused by natural disasters such as typhoons, floods and earthquakes, as well as accidents, fires and turmoil.

(3) Even within the warranty period, the following costs will be borne by the customer.

1: Expenses for inspection and maintenance associated with regular inspections, adjustments, and continuous inspections designated by law and our company.
2: Cost required for refueling and cleaning work.
3: The cost of warranty repairs carried out outside of our company.
4: Ancillary costs associated with warranty repairs, losses due to the inability to use the car, costs other than the conditions shown in the warranty, compensation, etc.
(Accommodation fee, telephone fee, rental car fee, tow truck movement fee, transportation fee, cargo, loss due to suspension of car, loss of leave, etc.)

(4) Other matters shown below.

1: If there is a change in the usage holder even during the warranty period, the warranty will be lost at that point.
2: In the unlikely event that a problem occurs during the warranty period, we will not be able to receive the warranty even if you do not contact us immediately and report after the warranty period has expired.
3: In the case of warranty repair, if the vehicle is not brought to our company and our staff or repair staff dispatches to the failure site, we will charge the actual expenses such as land transportation expenses, travel expenses, accommodation expenses, food expenses, etc.
4: If a vehicle purchased as a new vehicle is installed, modified, or refurbished after delivery, the warranty may be terminated at our discretion.
